Current tenants can access the secure AppFolio Tenant Portal to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, communicate with management, and access important lease documents online.
For the fastest service and best response times, we encourage all maintenance requests and tenant communication to be submitted through the tenant portal whenever possible.

​BEFORE SUBMITTING A MAINTENANCE REQUEST
Many common maintenance issues can be resolved quickly without needing a service visit. Before submitting a request, please check the following:
  • Verify the thermostat is set correctly and has working batteries
  • Check whether a breaker or GFCI outlet has tripped
  • Ensure garbage disposals are reset and free of debris
  • Confirm smoke detector batteries are functioning properly
  • Make sure sink or shower drains are clear of buildup
If the issue persists, please submit a detailed maintenance request through the tenant portal, including photos whenever possible. Detailed information helps us respond more efficiently and accurately.

  • Please report maintenance concerns promptly to help prevent larger issues.
  • During winter months, keep heat set to a safe temperature to help prevent frozen pipes.
  • Avoid placing grease, wipes, or foreign objects down drains or garbage disposals.
