Rental Applications with Home In Laramie Real Estate can be completed in a couple of different ways. Below, you will find a link to fill out the application online as well as a link to download and print the application.
If you choose the online option, just fill it out, pay the fee, and you're done! If you choose the printable version, you can return it to us in person, by mail, or by fax. See the "Contact Us" page for the information you need.

Why do we charge an application fee?
We understand that moving is a time-consuming and expensive process, and while we don't want to add to that expense, the reason we charge a fee is simple. At Home In Laramie Real Estate, we offer some of the highest quality rental properties in Laramie. We specialize in nice, high quality homes, apartments, condominiums and business locations. As a result of this, we have a very high demand for the properties we offer, and at times we will receive numerous applications for a property, frequently even many months before it comes available. By charging a fee for the application, we are, very simply put, weeding out those applicants that are not really serious about renting the property, but are just "fishing" to see what properties they'll be approved for. Charging the application fee keeps this from happening, and in turn keeps us available to our owners and tenants. Without this, we would spend several hours each day just processing applications for people that may or may not even want to rent the property. This is time that we would much rather spend working for our owners and tenants!
