Why are we asking for your information?  When we assess the market value of your home, we will research your property and take into consideration what part of Laramie you are located in, the overall condition, your homes particulars such as number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, and so on.  We use that information to compare your home to other similar properties that are currently on the market and homes that have sold in the recent past.  By doing this, we are able to provide you with a professional opinion of what your home can be expected to sell for and how much we would recommend that you ask for it.  This is very different from the valuation services that you'll find on national real estate websites because we are real agents that are experts in our local market, not a computer algorithm that is giving you an averaged sale price.
