Coronavirus / Covid-19: How it affects you as a Tenant:
To all Home In Laramie Tenants,
I know what you’re thinking- “another COVID-19 letter?!"
I’m sure this is the tenth one you’ve seen today. While I hate to add to the clutter, it is very
important that you carefully read this letter as it includes extremely important and relevant information
regarding our operations as we work to navigate through uncharted territory as it relates to the global
Coronavirus pandemic.
We work with a large network of tenants, clients, staff, and vendors that are located all over the
Laramie map, and will be doing our part to limit the transmission of COVID-19. As part of our effort to
contend with a highly communicable virus, Home In Laramie Real Estate will be closing our office
location to the public with a projected re-opening date of April 7 th , 2020.
We will, however, be hard at work to continue our general operations. Most of you will be minimally
affected by this, but there are some critical changes we are implementing during this time.
Rent Payments and You!
Monthly rent will still be due as usual on the 1 st of April. This month, rent will only be accepted in
two ways:
-Drop it! Drop your rent directly into our dropbox to the right of the office door at 209 S 9 th Street. For
those of you using this method, please note that cash will not be accepted and should never be put in our
dropbox. If you typically pay with cash, please convert this into a money order or cashier’s check. It is
also very important that you write your name and address on the memo line of your payment so that we
are certain of who the payment belongs to.
-Click it! Pay online through the online payment portal found on our website-
(Click Here to be redirected to that page).
Plumbing Perils
I am sure you have discovered by now, toilet paper has become a hot commodity. As such, it is
worth a reminder that your plumbing is meant to handle toilet paper, and toilet paper only. If you find
yourself resorting to using alternate means during the current shortage, such things will need to be
discarded in the garbage, and not down your toilet. Clogs are not cool, so please do your part to keep the
pipes in your unit free of debris!
How To Get In Touch With Us
We ask that you continue to reach out to us as you have before, as we will still be working to keep
the general flow of administration uninterrupted. Please ensure that you are continuing to report
maintenance concerns to us as well. Keep an eye on your email, as this will be our primary way of sending
you important information. Below is contact information so that you can easily get in touch with us.
